Upgrade30 is a job-readiness and technical-learning platform designed to help students prepare for technical roles through structured learning, assessments, tests, mentoring, interview preparation and related career-support services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must not share your Upgrade30 account with another person or attempt to access another user's account.

3. Students Under 18

Students under 18 may use Upgrade30 where permitted. Where parental or lawful-guardian consent is required by applicable law, appropriate consent may be required before certain services or data-processing activities are provided.

4. Assessments and Learning Progress

Upgrade30 assessments, tests, readiness scores and progress indicators are intended for learning and career-preparation purposes.

Scores and readiness grades should not be considered guarantees of hiring outcomes or professional certification.

5. Mentoring and Interview Support

Upgrade30 may provide access to mentors, interviewers, mock interviews, feedback and other career-preparation services.

Advice and feedback are provided for educational and career-preparation purposes and do not guarantee any specific hiring result.

6. Talent Pool and Recruitment

Eligible students in the Upgrade30 Talent Pool may be considered by recruiters, employers or hiring teams.

Upgrade30 does not guarantee interviews, internships, job offers, placements or employment. Final hiring decisions are made independently by the employer.

7. Payments

Paid Upgrade30 services must be paid using an authorised payment method. Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another disclosed third-party payment provider.

Prices, plans, included services and promotional offers may change. The applicable price will be displayed before payment.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility, if available, will be determined according to the refund or cancellation policy displayed by Upgrade30 at the time of purchase.

Users should review the applicable refund terms before completing payment.
