When you create an Upgrade30 account or use the platform, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, college or institution, graduation or pass-out year and account information.

We may also process placement-readiness assessment results, readiness scores, daily test results, roadmap progress, learning activity, time spent, mentor feedback, mock-interview feedback and other information generated while using Upgrade30.

If you voluntarily upload a resume, CV, profile information or other documents, those materials may also be stored and processed as part of your Upgrade30 account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to create and maintain your account, deliver assessments, calculate readiness results, track learning progress, provide mentor support, conduct mock interviews, provide technical support, improve the platform and protect Upgrade30 from misuse or security threats.

3. Mentors and Interviewers

Authorised Upgrade30 mentors, interviewers and team members may access information that is reasonably necessary to perform their role.

For example, mentors may view assessment results, learning progress, test performance and learning time so they can provide appropriate support and guidance.

4. Talent Pool and Recruiter Access

Eligible students may join the Upgrade30 Talent Pool, where companies, recruiters or hiring teams may consider their profiles.

Participation in Upgrade30 does not automatically authorise us to send your identifiable resume or candidate profile to an employer. Where appropriate, we will obtain consent before sharing identifiable candidate information with a potential employer or recruiter.

Talent Pool participation does not guarantee an interview, internship, employment offer or placement.

5. Payments

Payments for Upgrade30 services may be processed by Razorpay or another disclosed payment provider. Payment providers may process information required to complete a transaction.

Upgrade30 does not intend to store full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or similar sensitive payment credentials on its own systems.

6. Service Providers

Upgrade30 may use third-party technology providers for services including authentication, database storage, hosting, payments, email communication, analytics and other infrastructure required to operate the platform.

We do not sell student personal information.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide Upgrade30 services, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal requirements.

9. Your Data Requests

You may contact Upgrade30 to request correction, updating or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

10. Users Under 18
